Hi Bert,

That is a great question! Although sending to a purchased or renting list is well within the requirements of the CAN-SPAM act, many third-party whitelisted providers will not allow you to use their services to send to a purchased list because they usually results in higher spam complaints. Obviously any list that you have not collected yourself will produce more complaints of spam, even if it is an opt-in list. I am not aware of any companies that specifically ALLOW you send to a purchased list, but our customers have had great experiences with www.admail.net and www.resultsmail.com. We can also send out to your purchased list.

Regards,
Rob

Can I use my purchase list from you in my autoresponder?

I call Get Response and Aweber and they will not except any purchase list to be imported into the program. Due to the CAN-SPAM act.

What do you suggest I do after buying one of your email list of consumers?

Thanks
Bert Perez
